Manipulation Track, Irwin St.Johns Church
This is a soccer specific track designed to improve ball manipulation and touches within close quarters.

TRACK INFO
All tracks are 6 (six) weeks long at 1 (one) hour a week sessions.
Each week, we cover a single component of the selected track and provide some take-home exercises. The following week will slightly review the previous weeks and then progress to complete the 6 part curriculum.
